Classic blocks: The Dutchman's Puzzle

I am so excited to execute ‘red in cream’ bundle form Bien craft collection. I want to make blocks from this bundle, and yes… I choose the classic one. The Dutchman’s puzzle is the first block that I made. This block consist two designs, flying geese and sweet pinwheel. I found very great tutorial from ‘sewcanshe’, thank you so much Caroline, I really love your tutorial, it easy and clear.

I bought the fabric from Bien craft collection. I made 3 blocks of Dutchman’s puzzle and I want to make some more.  Wait and see then J

Keeper

I made this "keeper" to enter giveaway events from my friend. Unfortunately, it's not real same with her tutorial, I apologize,  because I did not have enough fabrics. And I used my Mom machine, the BUTTERFLY which is barely used, and just have one foot machine. But I tried my best. InsyaAlloh next time will make this keeper better.
Thanks to Mbak Listy for the tutorial and the invitation.

Irish Crochet (1)

I love Irish crochet. Unfortunately, I can’t do crochet, but my Mom do. So, I bought Irish crochet book, then give to my Mom. And….this one is the first collection based on the book. With this, I can embellish the next bag to represent “simple is beautiful”, vintage, and life  J

Slipad

Yeah... holiday is holiday. We spent half of our holiday at my hometown, Purwokerto.
Here, I have quite much 'me time'. I do I do love it, its mean that I have time to sew. I prepared some notions to make bag along the holiday. But.... here I just see butterfly sewing machine at the corner. So.... I have to sew using this machine, no choice. Don't worry... I always try to be patient as long as I can.
Before I sew, really not feel sure. But voilaaaaaaa.... I did it. I can make this 'slipad' . Will make better next. Wait and see, after holiday.

This slipad can be i-pad sleeve. There are two compartments. Using thick batting to protect our i-pad against scratches. Lightweight and durable design with soft interior. I used soft linen for exterior part.
